HCPcastLinks Sponsorship
HCPcastLinks allows you to link to the existing Web Page of the fellow alternative care and services providers who desire sponsorship advertising. Up to seven HCPcastLinks are provided FREE with HCPcast. That’s in addition to a link to YOUR Web Home Page, included!
Most fellow practitioners and patients with businesses easily desire the exposure of those who visit to your office, and will gladly pay $20 (even $30-$50) per month. This service retails at $79.95 a month! You may charge whatever you wish from retail down to wholesale at $20/month, and you send checks or money orders directly from them to Soothee Inc. for a service refund on your account! Or, you may wish to promote a favorite charity, local place of worship, or make note of your own Web Site.
Simply email to support@soothee.com the web address of links to add to your custom presentation, and you will recieve mailing instructions where to send checks from them payable to: “Soothee, Inc.” When you reach the free limit, you will be notified.
In terms of contacting others whom you send referrals, it is straightforward to mention to them that you have a superb educational electronic display in your office called HCPcast. HCPcast provides you a flyer to copy onto your letterhead, which your staff can then fax or mail to those who you refer people to, and follow up with them. An invite into your office to show them your HCPcast system is proof of the pudding! Especially when YOUR Web site is included as a FREE HCPcastLink for YOU!
Also, though you refer people to their office when people ask, many do not ask, and of course you cannot charge for that. But the HCPcast display would be a silent repeated advertisement for their services to everyone in your waiting room, if they support HCPcast message themes and desire to be a sponsor. If they can help to defray the cost at $20 per month by a single annual payment for $240 paid to Soothee, Inc. directly, you can tell HCPcast support to add in a link to their office Web page. (Again, you can choose a higher amount for higher cost urban areas at your discretion). Note that too many links will eventually detract from the overall message of the HCPcast presentation, but discretion and common sense will be a sound guide.
It is required to only accept one time annual payments and annual renewals payable to Soothee, Inc. from your fellow practitioners who are advertising with Soothee, Inc. It is very costly to change or remove links, and like many things, takes time such as a full year to be effective anyway.
